  • Can I make changes to my order?
    If you email Help@TheActivityHive within an hour of making your order and let our Customer Service Mavens know your order number and the changes you need to make, they will do their best to make it happen. Note that our Warehouse Wizards sometimes work faster than expected so we can't guarantee that we'll be able to make changes, but the more quickly you can get in touch with us, the better chance we have! Unfortunately we can’t add products to your order, but we can change your delivery address.
  • How do I cancel an order?
    It’s the same deal as changing an order, you have one hour from when you made your order to email us with your order number at Help@TheActivityHive.come to let us know you have to cancel. Why only one hour? Because after that your shipping slip is printed down in our packing department and sometimes the Warehouse Wizards are lightning fast!
  • What is the return policy?
    We hope that you're 100% happy with your purchase. However, if you're not fully satisfied, please reach out to our team at with your order number. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in it's original packaging. Returns are eligible for a refund to your original payment type or for store credit. Just let our team know your preference in your returns email. If items are purchased during a sale, any returned items will be refunded the for the purchase amount.
  • My delivery arrived but there's a problem!
    We strive to get things right every single time, and while we like to think of ourself as super-human, sometimes we make errors. Please reach out to us at and we'll get things straightened out
  • I'm sending a gift, can you leave the prices off the packing slip?
    Yes! In fact, there are no prices on any of our packing slips and serve as gift receipts.
  • I'm sending a gift, can I have a note placed in my package?
    Yes! In the cart page, select "add a note" and let us know what you'd like us to write
  • Do you offer gift wrapping services?
    Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer wrapping services
  • How can I pay?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and gift cards. We can't accept any other forms of payment, sorry!
  • How long will it take to get my order?
    It’s on the way, promise! But this will depend on your shipping selection at checkout. Typically, standard shipping will take 3-5 days to reach you (longer for Alaska or Hawaii) after processing and expedited shipping will take 1-3 days after processing. Note: Currently there are shipping delays due to the effects of COVID-19. While our warehouse wizards are working at magical speeds to pack and ship your order as quickly as possible, there may be delays out of our control once your order leaves our warehouse and goes into the postal system.
  • How is shipping cost determined?
    We currently offer a flat shipping rate of $7.88 for shipments within Colorado and $8.99 for shipments to all other contiguous states. Alaska and Hawaii rates are determined using USPS generated pricing. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $89 or more
  • I am in Colorado or shipping to an address in Colorado. Why am I seeing a $0.27 tax?
    As of July 1st, 2022 Colorado has enacted a Retail Delivery Fee of $0.27 for any order delivered within or to the state of Colorado. It is required by law that the tax be imposed directly onto the customer. Currently, the $0.27 tax is included in the shipping fee but will be seen as a separate line item within 2022.
  • Do you currently ship internationally?
    At this time, we are only offering shipments within the United States.
  • Will my order be tracked?
    Yes! No matter what shipping option you go for you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email so you can stalk your package all the way to your door!
  • What kind of packaging do you use for shipments?
    Activity Hive takes sustainability seriously. Because we know that materials matter, we source eco-friendly packaging made in the USA. Boxes: 100% recycled content boxes. Specifically, they are composed of 95% post-consumer content and 5% post-industrial content. They are fully recyclable and biodegradable. Tape: Water activated tape made from 50% recycled paper and certified recycle-friendly Packing Paper: 100% recycled content, recyclable and biodegradable
  • How should I dispose of the packaging?
    All packaging components are recyclable, including the tape and stickers/labels. We ask that our customers do their part and recycle all components of our packaging if it is available in your area.
  • Where can I find out more information on how to use your activities?
    For most of our activities, we'll include insturctions with your shipment. We also work with our suppliers to link any instructional content in the product page. You can also check out our blog.   • How do I earn rewards?
    Create a member profile and earn 4 points for every $1 you spend. Enter your birthday in the "Ways to earn" section in the rewards area (select the crown icon in the bottom left hand corner of the webpage) and you will also earn 200 points on your birthday. *Reward earnings and redemption are subject to change at any point without notice.
  • How to I redeem rewards?
    For every 100 points you accumulate, you can redeem a coupon for $1 off your purchase. For every 1,500 points, you can redeem a coupon for 10% off your next purchase. To redeem your rewards, click on the crown symbol at the bottom left hand of the webpage. If you are eligible for a reward, select "Redeem" next to the reward. Copy the code. In your Cart page, you will see "Enter a Promo Code", paste your code there. Want to use your rewards coupon at a later date?   • How do I see my points status?
    On the bottom left hand of the webpage, you will find a crown symbol. Click on the symbol and your rewards status will appear. If you are eligible for a reward, a button to "redeem" will appear. In this screen you will also find more information about earning and redeeming points.
